Booking Procedure
- Please refer to the calendar below for available dates.
- Then either use the Bookings and Enquiries page, phone 01869 336298, or e-mail timcatling@btinternet.com to make a booking.
- We will send you a letter to confirm that your provisional booking will be held for 2 weeks, and subject to receipt of a deposit and an additional £50.00 security deposit your holiday will be confirmed.
- The balance will need to be sent by cheque at least 8 weeks before your holiday.
- Once this has been settled an information pack with details on location, parking and key codes will be sent to you.
- Following your holiday your security deposit will be refunded to you.
Please Note:
- To avoid traffic congestion we have chosen a Sunday changeover, however this may be altered in some circumstances. Please contact us to arrange.
- Entry time is at 2 p.m. and vacating time is at 10 a.m. to allow the cleaners access.
