Booking Procedure

  1. Please refer to the calendar below for available dates.
  2. Then either use the Bookings and Enquiries page, phone 01869 336298, or e-mail timcatling@btinternet.com to make a booking.
  3. We will send you a letter to confirm that your provisional booking will be held for 2 weeks, and subject to receipt of a deposit and an additional £50.00 security deposit your holiday will be confirmed.
  4. The balance will need to be sent by cheque at least 8 weeks before your holiday.
  5. Once this has been settled an information pack with details on location, parking and key codes will be sent to you.
  6. Following your holiday your security deposit will be refunded to you.

Please Note:

  • To avoid traffic congestion we have chosen a Sunday changeover, however this may be altered in some circumstances. Please contact us to arrange.
  • Entry time is at 2 p.m. and vacating time is at 10 a.m. to allow the cleaners access.
