Booking Procedure · Please refer to the calendars below for available dates, or phone us on the number below. · Then either use the Bookings and Enquiries page, phone 01869 336298, or e-mail timcatling@btinternet.com to make a booking. · We usually require a booking deposit of £50 and a security deposit of £50 also. · We will then send you a confirmation letter to confirm your booking. · The balance of the holiday will need to be sent by cheque at least 8 weeks before your holiday. · Once this has been settled an information pack with details on location, parking and key codes will be sent to you. · Following your holiday your security deposit will be refunded to you. Please Note: · To avoid traffic congestion we have chosen a Sunday changeover, however this may be altered in some circumstances. Please contact us to arrange. · Entry time is at 2 p.m. and vacating time is at 10 a.m. to allow the cleaners access.
